House of CARV is an online retailer of women's ready to wear. We sell directly to you, in our own name. We are not an agent or intermediary acting on behalf of anyone else.

You can contact us at house.of.carv@outlook.com. We accept email as a valid means of distance communication, and we use it to send order confirmations, delivery updates, and any notice required under these terms.

You must be 18 or over to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are true and current, and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched, not when payment is taken.

Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if a price is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you receive a full refund of anything you have paid.

The price shown is the final price. It already includes all applicable taxes and import charges.

Nothing further is charged on delivery. You will not be asked to pay customs duty, VAT, or any handling fee to the carrier when your order arrives.

Prices are shown in the currency matching your location. The currency and amount that apply to your order are the ones displayed at checkout when you complete it. Where shipping carries a cost, it is shown separately before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken when you complete your order. We do not store full card details. Payment is processed by our payment provider. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

Our pieces are imported and sent directly to the address you give us.

Estimated delivery is 8 to 12 days to the United Kingdom and Germany. The estimate for your specific order is shown at checkout.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If delivery cannot be completed after the carrier's attempts, your order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange either a redelivery or a refund.

This is your legal right. It applies in addition to anything else on this page.

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (House of CARV, house.of.carv@outlook.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

Wir tragen die Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren. Nachdem Sie uns über Ihren Widerruf unterrichtet haben, senden wir Ihnen die Anweisungen zur Rücksendung per E-Mail zu.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was described, contact us by email with photographs of the item, its tag, and the packaging.

You have the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or to end the contract.

You have equivalent statutory rights, including a short term right to reject faulty goods shortly after delivery.

Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of returning it.

All items are subject to availability. If a price is clearly incorrect, we will tell you and cancel the order with a full refund. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price.

We take care with our descriptions, photographs and size guide. Colour can appear differently depending on your screen, so the shade you see may vary slightly from the piece you receive.

The content of this site, including images, text, the House of CARV name and the layout, belongs to us. You may view and download it for your own personal use. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement between us.

Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
